ZERO communication. Got broken into, no one told us, just put a new lock on it and we discovered it when we came to get something out. It caught FIRE, no one told us, found out when we came to get something out of it. Continued to charge us. Cut off our code to get into the units because we had to “back pay” when the unit was sold in March, again with ZERO communication. We paid it up to get in there just to find that even MORE was stolen!!!! And yet other peoples items were put in our unit!!!! The fence across from it is co... read more
The staff at what used to be Tennessee Moving and Storage, now Forward Storage Memphis were great. They were always courteous and friendly, never had any problems with paying the rent. Sometimes we had access problems to our unit but that matter was solved and taken care of promptly. Thank you for the excellent service.
