This is a business park. The AC units were vandalized over a month ago. Instead of repairing them they are waiting for the insurance payout first. It's 90 degrees outside and they haven't done anything and have no intention to until the insurance pays out. That takes months. This is immediately after they purchased the property and increased the rent by 60% on most of the tenants. DO NOT RENT HERE. The owner is disreputable, dishonest and does not maintain the property.
