This company is a nightmare to deal with. They are totally all digital. No one answers phones and responds to any text. Unless you want to rent a unit. My story is this. We rented one unit and downsized to a smaller one. They asked for photos of the empty unit, I sent it to them. They continue to charge me for the bigger unit. Quick and easy
Automatic gate works some of the time. I've been stuck outside without my code working. Gate is sometimes left open for weeks. I moved out, cleaned my space, sent pictures 3 times. I was still charged for the following month. I spoke with 3 different folks and still waiting for a refund (31 days later).
