Signing up, take more time than necessary, what happened to direct contact with a face to face person? Alex, was helpful and patient, took care of my needs. And never have I had to have insurance in the past to rent a storage unit?
This place is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Nice area with a paved parking lot and the area is kept clean. The only issue I have had is with roaches but that is most likely from people that rent the units and have things inside that shouldn't be there.
Alex was VERY helpful and friendly, patient and gave top tier customer service. They have a fantastic price and he took care of my needs quickly! Will recommend!!!
