The customer service for this company is absolutely awful. They have no problem imposing rate increases and trying to add $12 for rental insurance that they cannot provide proof of to your bill. Since this storage location was sold to Forward, service is not a word in their vocabulary. I can barely get someone to.answer the phone and when they do I understanding English is a problem and RUDE except GAby. They do not return phone calls ever. They do not escalate to management when asked..just laugh. I've now made the same req... read more

Gaby was extremely helpful. She kept her cool when I got excited. She answered all my questions and resolved the problem I had. Gaby was very knowledgeable and I felt much better after talking to her. She also verified my info so I could use auto pay for future payments. Gaby is a definite asset to your company.

I had rented a storage unit from the previous owners and was concerned when I found out it was under new management. I first talked to Lisa to get the details about price, storage unit size, payment, etc. I like that they offer temperature controlled storage units . When I called to rent the unit I spoke with Gaby. Both were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
