The facility was great! Location was easy to get in and out of and the grounds were always clean. Never had a problem. Staff was very helpful with opening my unit and Lisa was especially helpful upon completion. Very good facility!
Do not rent here. You will be billed wrong and no-one will answer any phone calls to correct their mistakes.
The customer service for this company is absolutely awful. They have no problem imposing rate increases and trying to add $12 for rental insurance that they cannot provide proof of to your bill. Since this storage location was sold to Forward, service is not a word in their vocabulary. I can barely get someone to.answer the phone and when they do I understanding English is a problem and RUDE except GAby. They do not return phone calls ever. They do not escalate to management when asked..just laugh. I've now made the same req... read more
