I had a wonderful experience with Gabby on the phone she was our customer service rep and she was great she was patient kind and very very personable I don't know why anyone else is saying they're having trouble because she had no issues finding us a storage unit with what we needed with the size and climate control It was fast easy and I would highly recommend this an especially asking for Gabby if you could when you call for renting a space there

This review is for the service I received from Gaby. Very nice and helpful and I highly recommend when you have an issue, and you will, to try and speak or email her directly.
The facility was great! Location was easy to get in and out of and the grounds were always clean. Never had a problem. Staff was very helpful with opening my unit and Lisa was especially helpful upon completion. Very good facility!
