We are active duty, Military, moving to the area and wanted to get a storage unit ahead of time close to our house.The Staff were very courteous and helpful in me trying to get a storage unit. I really appreciate their patience as the staff had to wait for me to upload my documents. I will say it was a little difficult to Originally get in contact with them, but I think it’s because they are busy. Was not an issue for me. Just thought it was worth noting.
Gaby was a great help. Her pacing and pleasant tone helped the interaction proceeded smoothly while I didn’t felt like I was being rushed or being a bother. She answered my question with admirable professionalism and made sure that I was clear on the terms and conditions before ending the call.
