Becareful about their billing for visits after receiving your orthodics. Eventhough the doctor sees you for 5 minutes, they will bill you for regular visits and also for evaluation & mgmt visit which is about 50% more cost. You should ask before appointment especially if you have HSA high deductible insurance.
