Always very professional excellent dental hygienist and dentist!
I was looking for a dentist with good reviews that took my insurance.... stopped at Forward Dental, their reviews weren't the best but I've had some of the best service n care from Forward Dental....the staff is incredibly nice n helpful, Dentist's were caring and on point with my care plan! I honestly can't wait to go back!!!! Thank you Forward Dental for helping me get my dental health plan started. You are the best of the best!!!!
Per my email… I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment. I have been a patient at ForwardDental for over 25 years and have seen the same hygienist for over 20 of those years. I drive over an hour for my appointments specifically to see my hygienist, yet I was not informed ahead of time that she had left or that I would be seeing someone new. Even upon checking in, no mention was made of the change. It is disappointing that the responsibility of informing patients is left to the new hygienists ... read more
I feel comfortable at Forward Dental. Staff is friendly, professional and thorough in their diagnosis. Going to the dentist is necessary and Forward Dental makes it a little easier with their personal approach. Thank you
