This place is a dumpster fire. Want a provider who won’t listen to you? Need a company who can’t keep your insurance on file? Called for a month straight to get a billing issue solved with no response. There is no front desk. This place is a disaster.
I’ve been going here for a little over a month so I’m a current patient as of April 2025. I have found that the office is quick to respond to calls and emails. I have had no issues with billing or insurance. My therapist is always on time and prepared. She has been very very helpful to me. I would recommend this counseling center to any friends or family.
I went to their website which is very appealing to find out I needed to fill out a form to see about getting an appointment. This form required me to give all of my personal information including payment before even seeing if this would be a fit for me. They should not need my card on file before seeing if I can even be seen. I then call to speak to someone who wasn’t willing to help just said they don’t have a therapist to see my 3 year old son even though their website advertised services for 2+. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and extremely inconsiderate of patients' needs and schedules. Therapist Jennifer "accidentally" forgot to send the link for my appointment, twice, after being nearly 30 minutes late to our first session. Office staff does not answer the phone. Previous 1-star reviews are accurate - Find another provider.
I have had billing issues with this clinic the entire time I had been going there. I started seeing a therapist there back in August of 2022 and am STILL receiving bills because they did not bill my insurance correctly. I have NEVER had this issue with any other clinic. They've told me multiple times to disregard the bills, yet kepr sending them to me over and over and over and I've just received two more, around Christmas and New Years, with the dates of service being in August of 2022 and February of last year...
