Waited a month and a half and after 2 sessions to tell me they dont take my insurance. Cant get anyone from management to call me back to discuss. Waisted money and time.
Intake personnel is not good. Every call goes to voicemail. The person who did finally call me back was difficult to understand and provided me with incorrect information. When I asked to speak with someone else, the intake person hung up on me. I requested a call back, sent emails and text messages on 5/17, but I still have not received a call back. Had a lot of trouble initially with this office regarding my EAP program. So if you are looking to use your EAP sessions just make sure you talk to both your EAP people and Forward to get it all settled. It took a long time to get sorted out but was eventually resolved. I have nothing bad to say about my therapist. She was super helpful but just found it really hard to continue paying out of pocket after my EAPs.
