Didn't take my washer to the second floor and install like they were supposed to. Also they had called me at 7 am and told me they would arrive at my house in an hour but after 2 hrs I had to call them back and they said they wouldn't be arriving until later sometime in the day. They also never answer the phone when I tried calling a few days ahead to see what time frame they would be arr

Horrible company. They will schedule a delivery and just not show up. Forcing somebody to take the day off work for absolutely nothing. I don't understand why companies like Samsung or home Depot do business with this shady company?

Driver called with his estimated arrival time. He arrived on time - our indoor and outdoor lights were on and we were ready. He never even came to the door, knocked, or rang the doorbell. He then drove away. Said he “tried to call” us after we immediately called after he left asking where he was going. Said he would be back after a quick drop off. Never returned, driver wouldn’t return calls, and company doesn’t know when they can reschedule…

Delivery team did not show up to deliver my appliances and the nerves to say no one was home. Worst company ever. Do not deal with them.

do not joined this company as an ISP. very unorganized; he pay is very low for the work; the routing tool is unrealistic; 95% percent of the appliances are too large for for the customer front door; 98% percent of all deliver in Raleigh NC, homes were built with the washer & dryer are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Also, 50% of the homes kitchen is on the 2nd floor, that means, you have to carrier and M9... good luck.
