I had great service from the San Antonio office. Hats off to Diane in Customer Service and Joe my driver! Both were extremely friendly and helpful...they went above and beyond what they had to do and insured client satisfaction. I respect really good customer service.
Great place for drop off
Shipped $4500 worth of product. During transit Forward Air damaged the material and continued to still deliver to my customer. Filed for a freight claim and received a whole $150 back... WOW. Will not be using this company again. Use Saia freight, or ABF before you think about Forward Air. I hope this saves others from losing as much money as I did.
