Use a different freight company. I showed up with my pallet and my paperwork and the woman behind the counter was so lazy she made me open the window so we could even talk. I hand her the paperwork and after I get some attitude I end up leaving without even shipping out my stuff. Customer service is definitely not the strong suit
Loaded in 20 min 20 small pallets nice guys
