Get directions1 - The Only doctor’s office In Colorado with no parking lot. Red flag. 2 - Parking is on street, costs money, will be far from office and make you late for your appointment. 3 - Hard to get an appointment, and that doctor you liked on you first visit probably quit. My experience with the medical staff has been good. When I get time with a physician I've been very satisfied- they are good at listening, collaboration, and are insightful and supportive. The issue is the Care Team. This function needs serious improvement. They have messed up scheduling times, have referred me to a specialist that I didn't need at both a time and location that neither my doctor nor I discussed or asked for. Overall experience has been extremely poor. TL;DR - Forward had an Out of Network provider improperly code my bill requesting labs from an out of network lab (Quest) perform otherwise included benefits, resulting in around ~$1000 bill sent to me from quest. Forward forces all interactions to go through a text or email chat. There are hardly any face to face interactions that take place. The services are fine. The surprise came after. They say on their website no surprise fees, and yet I got stuck with a $5000 bill for preventative labs afterwards, although I have a PPO plan. Extremely dismissive as I was trying to make sense of those bills. Not worth the hassle.
Excellent, timely and thorough care from caring providers. I was a member from July 2022 thru April 2023 and discontinued my membership because I was doing fine. When that changed in January 2024, I reached back to Forward to restart and was immediately taken care of by them. I like the virtual visits, in-app support and the in person visits.
