Believe what the other reviews have said. It was a great experience over five years ago when I joined. While doctor turnover was high, they were focused on delivering quality patient care. Now, you cannot book an in person appointment without requesting special intervention, their video visits cannot be accomplished on a phone or tablet, chats are frustrating because staff doesn’t look back 1 or 2 messages for context. As others have said, the quality of service from Forward has plummeted over the last year. They failed to tell my insurance about an upcoming MRI so it got cancelled after waiting 2 months. The follow up? They scheduled me an X-ray over 6 hours away in LA.

Absolutely not worth the cost anymore. In a 7 day period they: - mishandled a metabolic panel blood test in office, showing me that I was in a severe medical situation (upon a retest that I had to pay for at Quest, I was in the healthy bands for everything) - failed to order two tests clearly listed on an order from another doctor (requiring yet another trip to Quest to handle on my own and on my dime) - called me by the wrong name and mislabeled my testing records when sending me test results, causing me to have to request ... read more

Like other reviews I have seen, I can attest that the Forward experience deteriorated significantly over the years I was a member. My primary areas of concern were (1)the revolving door of doctors and (2) sub-par service. It is a glaringly red flag when any organization cannot retain talent. I had some amazing doctors with Forward. All of them left. I was a member over 5 years and I had more than 8 doctors over the period. I’ve used Forward for a few months. My issues aren’t really with this particular location (although I did go here) but it is hard to find reviews for it so I figured I’d post. My three main issues: - Value: I really don’t see what you’re getting for the monthly fee. Appointment availability is not any better (actually, quite a bit worse) than similar membership-based clinics that charge far less. - Quality of Care: Terrible, just like most doctors.
