Just a little appreciation goes a long way. Unfortunately, many people don't get that. He said in an email that he "personally wanted to thank" me for my many years of service. Interestingly enough I was not the recipient of that email. I wanted to give a months notice and leave a long and difficult career on an upbeat note. Instead I was treated to the usual disgraceful display of temper and I walked out. Bullying n the workplace is unacceptable and I will be crusading for myself and others who have been treated poorly .
