This place is a JOKE! Windsor Lake Apartments that is. The management staff has no respect for others living in their community. Yep filling up the pool on my water meter. Tell me how this is right and from what the management staff says “ I need to deal with it” really...
Never saw a for-profit business accept such poor management and resident service from their communities. I've lived in a MI complex for 4 weeks and have been unable to get Air Conditioning filters and vents fixed in 90 degree heat, get a working lock on the main entrance door, get a window screen put in so I can open my windows on cooler evenings, use my tub, use my dishwasher, and now a broken leaking garbage disposal with bugs running under the cabinets. When is the resident portal going to be available at Inverness Cliffs in Birmingham, AL? I pay my rent with my debit card every month, so this is really inconvenient! I don't use checks at all and don't even have them and my bank is not local. Please get it up running asap so I can pay my rent.
