Great nurse who did my Immune IV. I get one every 6 months and it has helped me keep from catching anything when I travel, at work or from my grandkids! Well worth it!
Started out with heart disease, kidney disease, And diabetes. Now have 5.4 A1C, 75LDL 55HDL. No sign of kidney disease. Good stable blood pressure. Lost 56 lbs. You are assured to be heard at this office. They listen to all the things that you have to say and put them to work for you. The office is clean pleasant the work staff is very kind and Helpful. Forum Health has taken a deeper look at my overall health and labs, where traditional medicine has not. I’m beginning to feel better already and I’m incredibly grateful. I thought the debilitating fatigue was just part of an overall “diagnosis” that I would have to live with- turns out….I’m going to get better!! You guys have been the light at the end of what has felt like a very dark tunnel for me.
