Left Feeling Pressured, Confused, and Unwelcome I booked a $59 new patient appointment that included a cleaning and X-rays. After a consult and X-rays with the dentist, I was told a “treatment plan” would be written up. She showed me my X-rays and pointed out some plaque buildup that needed additional work — fair enough. The best Dentist I've ever been too in my 40's of life. Honest, efficient, quality jobs on the work. I recommend for you and your whole family. Trust me. You don't want to go anywhere else. Tips: (Don't go to Inpire Smile, *rip off.)

Don’t go there they are awful.. The reason I came to Forum Dental was that it took my insurance. They make you think that being you get free cleaning they take your insurance - not so. They charged more than double $748.00 to add a new cap that had come off. 10 minutes in the chair and they refused to use my insurance that should have been $290.00. I had a dental crown put in by Dr. Nguyen two years ago, and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the crown. Recently, it broke in half while I was eating, and when I went back to the office to have it fixed, I was shocked by Dr. Nguyen's unwillingness to fix the crown, but she also made me feel like I was bothering him by bringing up my concerns.
