I have been going to Forum Family Dentistry for the last three years and have found Dr. Nguyen and her staff most warming and utmostly professional. I have a terrible gag reflect and hate my dental appointments. Despite that Dr. Nguyen is most considerate and patient in working around my issue. I highly recommend Forum Family Dentistry.
Left Feeling Pressured, Confused, and Unwelcome I booked a $59 new patient appointment that included a cleaning and X-rays. After a consult and X-rays with the dentist, I was told a “treatment plan” would be written up. She showed me my X-rays and pointed out some plaque buildup that needed additional work — fair enough. After some time, a front desk associate (more of a sales rep) came in and told me I needed a deep cleaning for an additional $185 per side — just for my bottom teeth — totaling over $425. The best Dentist I've ever been too in my 40's of life. Honest, efficient, quality jobs on the work. I recommend for you and your whole family. Trust me. You don't want to go anywhere else. Tips: (Don't go to Inpire Smile, *rip off.)
Don’t go there they are awful.. The reason I came to Forum Dental was that it took my insurance. They make you think that being you get free cleaning they take your insurance - not so. They charged more than double $748.00 to add a new cap that had come off. 10 minutes in the chair and they refused to use my insurance that should have been $290.00.
