First off let me start with that it was extremely easy to get and make this appointment. And I had a great experience at my appointment this past Tuesday! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming as usual. The dental hygienist was friendly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my exam and cleaning. Was sent a text message to review so why not. I really appreciate the staff getting me in day of for an emergency extraction. That being said I unfortunately have had many extractions by several dentists. I was in the chair for approximately 2 hours and have never had a dentist struggle extracting a tooth like this one. Everyone is very polite and professional. I do not like going to the dentist but I do like going here. Doctor A is the best! Andy is cool too!
The clinical staff are incredible. They always did incredible work and made sure I was comfortable while getting my implants, cleanings, and Invisalign. Aria at the front desk was usually my point of contact and she did an incredible job keeping me informed on my bills and insurance coverage. However, it was clear that there is a management problem. The staff seemed stressed and overworked, and the other front desk worker seemed unreliable the few times I did work with her.
