I’ve been with FCU for more than 10 years – paid of many car loans, etc. They have no loyalty to customers, and the service isn’t all that great. Notice the handful of reviews – a red flag for a business that’s been around for many years. I surely would not recommend them.
I had a great experience Today with Karla Hunt at the branch in US.31 ,I can’t explain how she save me from not being reporting late on my personal loan,bc I was on my 30 days Mark. She was there for me ,making calls for me and was able to take the payment at the branch,Karla you are amazing and hope you know you save my credit for 7 years.Just walk in and they will be happy to help.
We are incredibly disgusted with this credit union. Having a vehicle loan through them has been an absolute nightmare. We planned to make a payment today (made it literally an hour ago) then found a folded letter with no envelope just taped to our front door with the Forum letterhead asking us to make our payment. A simple email with the same message would have been more appropriate. We don’t even have a Forum in our town so a third party had to have been asked to do it. Legit the best bank. They all know me here and are so super nice and it’s almost as you’d consider them all friends. Nick especially always is smiling and happy to help. Dude is legendary. Legit I’m so glad I opened my business account here. Sorry i can’t remember anyone else’s name off the top of my head but credit (union) goes to all of you.
