I would give them zero stars if it let me. Well here’s the thing, we called this morning to talk to them about trying to defer a payment because we just got hit by two hurricanes in less than two weeks and need to do some repairs. We were told that they don’t offer any disaster relief for their clients. Like seriously people. When asked why not the gentleman told us “well we are based out of Indiana and don’t have disasters.” Really dude.. Tell you to make a payment online on their website (stupid suggestion). Try for days and the system just white screens when I try to link my personal account to do so. If you’re going to tell people to pay that way, make sure you know what you’re talking about and that it works and that it actually is convenient. Just dumb. Wouldn’t want to be the worthless worker who takes me call tomorrow.

I love Forum Credit Union. I was with Chase, but switching to them has made banking better for me. I've had great experiences with the loans department. They get with you quickly and have helped me find my best options. This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. The tellers were great the few times I've actually had to go inside. Definitely would recommend to others!
