Always a pleasure
I would give them zero stars if it let me. Well here’s the thing, we called this morning to talk to them about trying to defer a payment because we just got hit by two hurricanes in less than two weeks and need to do some repairs. We were told that they don’t offer any disaster relief for their clients. Like seriously people. When asked why not the gentleman told us “well we are based out of Indiana and don’t have disasters.” Really dude.. I wish I could do zero stars. This is the least helpful Forum I have ever been to.
Tell you to make a payment online on their website (stupid suggestion). Try for days and the system just white screens when I try to link my personal account to do so. If you’re going to tell people to pay that way, make sure you know what you’re talking about and that it works and that it actually is convenient. Just dumb. Wouldn’t want to be the worthless worker who takes me call tomorrow.
