Great experience at Forum everytime I go into the branch. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
Great people, full service branch
Bad experience. Recently my father passed away and had an account with Forum. My first time going to a branch. Manager was rude and made inappropriate comments about my disabled nephew while another employee laughed. After going through a situation about accounts, I explained that my nephew was mentally slow The manager said "he must not be that slow from what im seeing on the account history", then another employee laughed.
