I wish I could leave 0 starts. Stay away! Endless frustration and nobody seems to care. Problems started last November and on they continue. Right now, I am having a problem with second mortgage payment not reflected in the account balance. I am dreading a call to Forum because I know it will take forever to get the issue fixed. In reviewing the details of what has taken place with Mr. ********, there was, unfortunately, a series of misunderstandings and confusion with the online payment tools. FORUM will contact Mr. ********again to be sure that issues do not arise moving forward.
I would give NEGATIVE 100 if it was possible. End of 2017 we got a vehicle loan with FORUM. 4 days ago, I made online payment to only pay one payment. The next day I found they actually took 2 payments and caused my primary bank to go in the negitive about 3-400 dollars. FORUM will not work with me, every employee I have speken with has been very unproffesional and disrespectfull. The two payments that were debited from Mr. *****' account were requested and initiated by him through systems outside of FORUM (by another financial institution). Mr. ***** was directed to contact that financial institution to reverse the double payment. The other financial institution was able to successfully credit back the double payment made on the account. The loan payoff amount requested on February 8 was accurate when provided.
