Disappointed by the lack of organization last night at the bullriding. There was no way to tell where the need tickets and the already have tickets cues were. The complete lobby was uncontrolled with people getting in front of people and no clear method of moving people to the venue. Unfortunately unpleasant start to a mght of family fun. Once we got in (late due to poor crowd control) the event was enjoyable.

We are in the process of revamping our entire ticketing system to help with some of these crowding issues. The construction out front has really impacted us.
