The Forum Manager here . . . – Hello everyone. Just thought I would briefly defend my property. I believe I know the person who wrote the previous review and would like to give you some quick info. It IS a very good idea to take pictures of damage to the apartment. It is a better idea to even take the manager through the apartment with you before you turn in your keys. NEVER live at the forum apartments – The forum apartments are the worst apartments that you could get in Mt Pleasant. NEVER live there. The office staff is VERY unfriendly, the maintence workers are rude and judgemental and NEVER do thier job. All the forum staff does all day is sit in the main office and play pool, occationally answering phones. They dont take complaints seriously, unless they have something against you as a person.
