Update after about a year of living here. It's one of the most terrible apartments I have ever lived in. If you prefer to live in an apartment with tweakers that stomp around all day and night making constant noises on the daily bases go for it. I understand normal apartment noise from daily activities, but constant 24/7 stomping, pacing, and slamming things are not normal. The sound deadening for this apartment is horrible. I schedule a tour and verified the time the day of and at least the agent never showed. I called at least six times and no one answered. It’s extremely cold today, they made me waste my time, and my gas. That’s not okay.
4 year resident: No trash shoot, deliveries stolen all of the time, dog poop & trash everywhere, 1 single elevator for 112 units, dirty trash room, hallways need painting, outdated lobby, no free wifi in the lobby, absolutely ZERO PARKING! Hope you ride bikes, overcharged utilities. The list goes on.
