Terry has been an excellent property manager throughout the time I’ve lived here. He’s always been helpful, attentive, and quick to address any questions or concerns I’ve had. He’s available during office hours and genuinely does his best to support the residents. I also appreciate the effort he puts into creating monthly community events.
Terry was amazing from the moment I walked through the door! I arrived just before the office closed, and he still took the time to give me a full tour and answer every one of my questions without making me feel rushed. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made for an excellent experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!
I had the maintenance man helped me today with some maintenance request that I put in his name is Patrick at 4111. He was so helpful and I appreciate him so much thank you for allowing him to be of service to me and I am disabled and I really needed the help with the air conditioner. He did a wonderful job. Terry was very helpful through my entire move in process
