I walked into this store and went to a section of mattresses around the middle of the store. The staff member at the desk never approached me or said anything to me in the time I spent there. He was initially on the phone, which is fine, however, after finishing the phone call, he acknowledged the one other customer in the store asking whether they needed any assistance, but didn't make any attempt with me.
