Lunch took over an hour to be served. They forgot our main entree. Very limited options, side’s are additional. So SLOW!
This place has exceptional service! And great food!
Our experience here was rather disappointing. The food was okay, although a couple of the items that we tried were better. But for the higher prices, we were quite underwhelmed.
Food was good and well prepared. That's the good news. Service was terrible. Wine came at the end of the meal instead of the beginning, the food was not delivered as ordered and fragmented. There were not enough staff and poor organization of the staff to be effective. Won't return.
Everyone has had a bad restaurant experience and we know it happens from time to time, but the way to avoid that is to act like you’re genuinely sorry that it’s occurring. What you don’t do is take an hour and a half to bring a drink order, and then still charge full price for said drinks. And spilling them as you set them on the table. One is willing to look past terrible food and under staffing with good customer service. Alas, Fortun really delivered the trifecta.
