Bad service!!!!! The table they assign us was dirty.Food tasted like a week old. We were over charge. Tasteless food and terrible service! Will not recommend this place to my dog.

We just went to Fortune Star Buffet last Sunday, May 8th, 2011. It was a very busy Mother's Day afternoon and the staff were completely swamped. In spite of that, they were friendly, helpful, kept the entire buffet fully stocked with fresh food and did it with a smile on their faces. They must have new management at this restaurant. I recall my original visit 3-4 years ago to be fair. In the last year, however, things have changed a lot! The service is fantastic, great selection of food, and good price. They have traditional Chinese as well as Sushi Bar and a Mongolian Grill. Best of all if you want your favorite item prepared fresh, they will gladly make more. Go Hungry!

I FEEL IS GOOD PLACE TO TRY – I don't know why those people didn't like them. Maybe a couples people don't like. But we are feel good, they are friendly. They are just few people work the buffet can running very well. Is it not easy. I saw every time the customer always very happy and left with a smiling face. I saw some customer is not friendly to them. They pay 7 to 9 dollars for buffet. Hello, I like this Chinese buffet, and they are very friendly. When I was four or five years came to there is OK. then close. And right now new Chinese people came in there change lot, They made lots of people came to there try. IS GOOD ANG FRIENDLY. We like there clean, good foods and nice Chinese people make good food. I feel good. SO is GOOD TO TRY new buffet.

0 Stars. the worst service and management! I went to this restaurant with my friends and saw a big fight between restaurant staffs and thier customers in another table. One guy asked their waitress (40-50 years old) to take off their dirty dishes off the table. The guy said that the dirty dishes piled up and no room on their table. The waitress blamed them eat too much. The waitress said that they eat too much and she did not like them. Then, a male staff joined the fight.
