Looked at a few of their (numerous acre) raw land listings which have maybe one or two useless pics... often of the same tree at different angles. Seriously, drones with cameras are less than $100. No Google Maps with lot line overlay, plat maps or anything. Nothing in description to tell a buyer where its located, other than road name which could be miles long. No, I didn't contact anyone for more pics/info... I shouldn't have to. Do better if you want prospective buyers to come look at these properties.

This review is just about my experience with Carolyn Baldwin Pyles. She was THE BEST! I had 3 realtors come to look at my property and if I had went with either of the other 2 I would have made $45,000 and $25,000 LESS. She helped with every step of the process and went above and beyond.

I spoke with Ramona first about a house I was interested in and she was great. Then she said she was passing me on to Carol so I could schedule a viewing. I give Carol credit that she called me and left a message while I was at work. I returned her calling requesting to be called after 4 when I get off work. Never heard back
