Worst rental experience ever! Beware Yaling! If a deal seems too good to be true, it is, You'll be blamed for every problem, lose your security deposit, and never get assistance when you need it!

I would give Fortune Properties 0 stars if I could. Of the various rental companies and independent landlords that I have rented from, Yaling Huang is the most disrespectful, incompetent, and greedy landlord I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Throughout our lease with her, it became glaringly obvious that she did not care for our wellbeing and that every communication was solely for legal purposes. The owner of this company, Yaling Huang, is an out of control, mentally unstable, psychotic mess. I rented an apartment from her and during my lease term she would show up unannounced and either let herself into my apartment without knocking and I would find her in my living room or kitchen going through my belongings. when I would confront her and tell her it’s illegal to do that She would get in my face and cuss and call me names and be disgustingly disrespectful.
