Very unprofessional and disappointing experience!! I absolutely do not recommend this place! Be careful!!! I paid $300 to fix my gold earring, and it broke again within 3 weeks. When I came back, instead of fixing their mistake, the owner tried to claim that a completely different earring was broken which is a lie to make me pay more for another one. This is unacceptable, and unprofessional. Poor quality work and zero accountability. I would not trust this place with anything valuable.

Came in looking to sell my gold chain. He worked with me very well with the price! Very funny guy! A 10 minute interaction it made me want to come back and buy something. Hope he'll always keep that good spirit the world needs it!
