The staff and trainers are friendly, the community is welcoming, and the space has everything you need. They’ve got unique equipment, 24/7 access, and even an indoor football field that makes workouts way more fun. It’s dog friendly, offers vitamin and supplement discounts, and hosts cool monthly events. They also have an awesome kids program. Just a great place to train and feel supported.

Easily one of the best gyms in Gainesville. It’s very community-based and welcoming, and the trainers actually take the time to tailor things to your goals instead of running cookie-cutter programs. The equipment is unique, 24/7 access is a huge plus, and the turf/field space is awesome. The staff is solid, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. Doesn’t feel like a typical gym at all, in a good way. Highly recommend.

I was in Gainesville for business & had the opportunity to visit this gym and speak to the co-owner. I appreciate the various services they offer, such as a personal trainer, individual programs, community, and dog friendly. In addition to their own passion for health and wellness for others. When in town, I will definitely stop by again. Check it out!

Certainly one of the best gyms with great trainers! If you’re in Gainesville I would definitely check this place out for a great workout and they are also dog friendly which is amazing! Along with all the other things they offer!
