Having been a gym enthusiast since high school and serving in Army Special Operations for 19 years I thought my stuff was on point, but I was complete star struck when I was shown everything thing I was doing was wrong! Luckily, Personal Trainer Jean is a master of her craft, fixer of bad habits, and educator of proper technique and execution. Her wholistic view takes everything into account to really dial you in. More then just a personal trainer but a lifestyle coach and an invested mentor!
Fortune Iron is my favorite place to be! Not only am I learning how to take care of my physical well-being and how to become stronger physically, but I am also learning how to become stronger mentally. Fortune Iron is an extremely positive and welcoming environment that challenges you to become the best you can be. I can’t think of anything more important than this.
Jean is one of the most knowledgeable, talented trainers I have ever met. She had me on plans that actually worked and I felt amazing. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone who has any type of fitness goals. She is the one, she is worth it and you WILL love the results of you do what she says!
