Once you close on a house from them, their customer service skills go from average to non-existent. Our home is less than 5 years old and we are having numerous problems with it starting from the roof, to the exterior walls, to the carpet, etc. The so called foam roof is a joke and we have leaking inside the house. They came during the first year and patched it up. Their “patch up” job was a temporary fix to later claim we were out of warranty. I have pictures to prove all of our issues.
