Took MLO Pre-licensing course online. Was logging in and completing lesson for about 7 days. Was not able to login one day. Called Tech support through The CE Shop. Technician informed me that someone changed my login info and cancelled my course to receive a refund. They got the refund with a different card and name. I got my course back with new info but I had to start all over again. They advised me to contact Fortune Academy. I was never able to get anyone over the phone.
