This company has defaulted on their debts and their properties are liened. I would not recommend doing business with them at all.

Do not do business with Fortunate Foundations. They do not pay their subcontractors. They owe my firm thousands of dollars and Laurence refuses to respond to emails and phone calls. Do not purchase one of their homes. Laurence has laid off all of his superintendents, so if/when you have a warranty issue, the odds of it being addressed by Fortunate Foundations will be slim to none. You have been warned.

Vendors/investors beware. Laurence and LeAnn LeFortune have owed us $23,000 since March of 2023 and will not return emails or phone calls. Their inability to pay their vendors should be a major red flag for anyone wanting to invest with them.
