Outstanding fitness center with educated and Skilled teachers who are age 50 and older. Warm and welcoming community. “Fit for Retirement” classes with Coach Terrence Terbush have changed my life!
The FSC is a great place for adults 50 years of age and up. Yoga (chair optional), Aerobics, Dancing, Music, Langauage, Computer and Art classes are just a few activities the center offers. Very friendly people. Its a great place to stay healthy, happy and active. Seniors are not "old". We're wise, active and solid. We know what we want - and go for it. Join us for good times!
