Fortress solutions did a great job with our roof. Doug and the rest of the team went above and beyond and made working with the insurance company relatively straightforward and as smooth as I could see it being.
My project manager was Jared. He was super friendly, easy to chat with and very professional. He went over all of my options and helped me pick the right gutter guards for my house. They were able to fit me in within a week and his crewed worked fast and I couldn't even tell they had been there. Very clean workspace and efficient. Jared provided me with drone pictures of the work as well as a free roof inspection. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and cost effective.
After a recent storm I had a roof damage and contacted Fortress Solutions. I was glad I did. Doug, our Fortress contact, was there through the entire project. He met with our Insurance Adjuster and handled all details. The Insurance Company determined to replace the roof. Fortress arrived with enough crew to do the job. The roof was completed that day. The cleanup was very thorough. I expected I would have to do some residual yard cleanup. I was wrong, Fortress did a complete cleanup of everything! The roof looks great!
Fortress Roofing Solutions for the Win!! Didn't even know that we needed a new roof until Doug drove by noticing some shingles missing. Fortress worked with our Insurance company and got the job approved quickly. The job started at 7am and finished at 4pm.
