Worst builder in the Valley. Everything possible has gone wrong with my Villa in Goodyear. Closet braces not installed, electrical issues with outlets, entry door does not latch, roof leaks, HVAC unit replaced within 5 years of purchase! Worst subcontractors this builder uses.
