I attempted to set up a consultation appointment on October 6th for October 9th. I did not receive the intake paperwork and called on the 9th to check on it. The receptionist was very kind and communicated she would have the paralegal check on this. I did not receive this before my appointment at 3:30 p.m. When I called, the phone went to voicemail.
