Please for the love of your home, DON’T USE THE COMPANY!!! No matter if you’re a buyer or seller of your home, stay clear from this company. We had FOUR other professional companies with great reviews look over our crawl space including inspectors and no termites were determined. This company comes along, with the request of the buyer at the end of our sale and all of a sudden they apparently see live termites. Now part of US Pest. Will be overcharging customers and billing for service not completed like other US Pest branches in no time.
I would not recommend anybody to use this pest control company at all.they was supposed to come out and never did show up or call to let use know anything,I had to call them and they said the man had a emergency call and I will call u back to let u know when they r coming out,wenever did here from them so my husband called and they still couldn’t tell him anything either.who ever is running this company now is running this business down.They r very rude and unprofessional.
They was scheduled to come out to our house and spray never showed up or called to let us know they was not coming.Called them to find out what’s going on said they had a staffing problem and they would call me back to let me know when they could come out and spray. Been two weeks have not heard from them.
