Avoid this storage place in Vancouver, WA!!! They proceeded to bill my credit card for an additional 6 months after I moved out. When I called Ken, the manager, he refused to give me a refund!! Very poor customer service. Definitely go to a different storage facility!! -John M. Dec. 2011
Rarely staffed or open when difficulties arose. Locked out when payment was credited to another party. Complaint when not getting statements was not appreciated and told to get out. Moved 3 days later and charged for full month for not giving 10 days notice as pointed out in contract. Overall poor customer service.
