Reception don’t care about patients and know that the management will back them up and doctors including Dr Khalil. They use an application that is one way communication and you can not reply. There is no investigation to the behaviour of the reception staff and it’s automatically your fault if they don’t like you. One receptionist told me she was going to put me on speaker as she wanted to leave for the day.
