Shannon Casarez called one afternoon to check on updating our existing Home Owners policy, which was on my to-do list anyway, so I answered. BEST decision I made this year, easily. We squared away the home owners policy (got bumped up to a better one with more coverage, finally) and then I was lamenting about my auto insurance.
