Never move here
I lived here for years. I loved the ducks. The unit itself wasn't terrible. The rent increases were terrible to the point that we had to move, which shouldn't happen when someone is a good tenant. Parking is a nightmare and the pool stays so gross that you can't swim in
look at the trash area… that’s the first thing you see entering the apartment there Are some serious snitches in this complex. and the parking is horrible. can’t find a spot near your building past 6 pm… and they want to up rent every year even though they don’t do any changes to your apartment. will NOT be resigning here. staff at office is rude too
🚧 Warning!! 🚧 never leave in this apartments. Sarah Mason is very rude and really bad professional. You never find parking 🚙 and they charge without permission for anything. Si eres latino te van a descriminar y atender muy mal. Nunca vayan a tomar estos apartamentos como una opción.
