This apartment complex is just minimally OK. Pros: It’s a quiet community. It is convenient to several close eateries and shopping centers. The elementary and middle school in the area are pretty good. Cons: It sits on a busy street and the noise level, depending on where your complex is, is very bad. They self bill for sewage and water and overprices it tremendously. Whatever you are quoted for rent, you can look to pay an additional $200 or more in sewer, water and other fees.
