I called John and he said he could see me that same day. My computer was slow as molasses and I couldn't get into my email. John took the time to uninstall a ton of HP apps which were just sitting, taking up space on my computer, and which I NEVER used. Fortress Data Management is a firm very strongly committed to going the extra mile in customer service. In updating my Server2012 software they had trouble with reinstalling an old program we use and worked on that until they got it working. Kudos to John & Max!
