Came here with my fiancee, and Sarah was behind the counter. She was awesome and made what was probably the best hot chocolate I've ever had. She made mine and my fiancee's drink very quickly and was so kind. Just kinda bummed that they didn't have my favorite chai latte available. That and the white mocha and caramel.
The barista today was fantastic - one of the best interactions I've had with a barista in a while! Coffee was also delicious (I had a Honey Pot Latte) and took a bag of beans home to try.
Fortress is the best and their service is wonderful! I love that they offer a variety of healthier options and their lattes are so good and creative!!
Would love to buy their whole coffee beans but they haven’t been available for the last 2 months. Not very friendly in there unless you get the man that works in there. They must not need the business as we are trying to visit a local coffee shop instead of Starbucks. I’ve tried going here 3 times.
