This company did a lousy job. DO NOT HIRE The appraisal was done poorly. Some Comparables used were 1000 sq feet less space. Said had no extra energy efficiency when home has R60 ceiling insulation, R19 walls, R10 below slabs in home and garage, 96% efficient furnace, air exchanger, Foamed Rim Joists, LowE glass throughout, High efficiency AC with heat pump.
