We recently switch to using Fortress a few months ago and I could not be happier with their service! The communication with Tony from the start has been exceptional. The overall service from the whole team has been better than I could’ve asked for especially during the transition period of switching company services. I highly recommend using Fortress if you’re looking for a new armored car service.
In my line of work, I deal with various armored transport companies and I have to say that Tony Villaflor and the entire team at Fortress has the BEST customer service. They are always quick to respond whenever we have a question or concern. They are extremely reliable and we can count on them to communicate to us if there are ever any issues with a scheduled pickup. Most importantly, I have a high comfort level that any client I refer to them will always be in great hands.

Been doing business with Fortress since 2017 prior to working with Fortress was I doing business with larger Armored Companies when I had issue It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone! That’s not a Problem with Fortress when I call Either Felipa or Fermin will answer thats one of the main reasons I like working with smaller companies!
