If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible experience with nothing but up charges. Instead of training people to be helpful they train them to upsell as much as possible. The Dr told my wife and I the exact same thing “ if it were my brother/sister I would want them to have these “ obviously a canned trained speech to get the most money from you as possibly. Avoid this place or you will be sorry.
The optometrist at this location treated my wife horribly.
Not dependable, made an appt for my family, what a wasted day. They could not even see my family even after waiting weeks for an appt., they seem confused about their appts. So do not guarantee anything.
I visit this location last week and they make a wronge eye glasses for me and do t care anythings about patient no proper customer service and not even open as open hours sign I don’t prefer to go this eye care any more
