I recommend for no one to do business with these people. Could not figure out how to do billing on two separate cards. Meaning my eye med let alone my $260 supplemental through my flex card. Took us over two weeks to get a credit back to the flex card. Neither employee knew how to do. The billing couldn’t get a phone call returned didn’t even bother calling me back to say we figured it out how to do billing. I guess they didn’t want the Business. A woman named DIAMOND was very rude and hung up on me after a week and a half o... read more
