I had an excellent experience from the front desk, to the eye doctor, to the frames shop. I’m very glad that I chose Fortney for my eye exam. Finding the parking (Dearborn) was a little tricky, my first time.
This is absolutely the worst eye doctor I've ever been to in My Life I spent a little over $400 and the glasses broke in less than a year three times and then I'm just out of warranty and I go up there and she tells me that sorry you're not covered under warranty but you are due for a new eye test how convenient is that for them I'm telling you guys if you value your money this is not the place to go there's a lot of eye doctors out there who are far better and much more accommodating
I am a long time patient at Fortney Eyecare- Dearborn. I get great service with helpful suggestions and advice. They have gone above and beyond to locate and order frames that I desired, time and again. Call me a satisfied customer
